The prices which showed above are all included on-site service charge and fare.
The cost of parts replacement would not to be included.
Note 1. An additional service charge, around 20-40%, would be claimed
for any lock failure.*
Note 2. A remote area service fee would be additional charge for on-site service,
including but not limited to Hong Kong International Airport, Islands, Lantau Island....
Note3. After the confirmation, service fee will be charged if customer cancel
the service under any situation.
Note4. The above prices are for reference only. Actual charges will vary according to
individual circumstances, distance and human resource managment.
* The definition of lock failure includes but not limited to using correct key but the
lock still unlock, malfunction of lock button, the lock body or key hole is
being drilled or damaged... In this situation, the lock might not be opened
normally by pure technical methods; drill might be used.
